Can you migrate from Shopify / Magento 1 / Custom to Magento 2.4.9 in NCR?

Yes, we run these in pure IST (no overlap-stress), with full in-person kickoff at Cyber City Gurugram / Noida Sec 62 / Connaught Place or remote on Google Meet. Typical NCR migration timelines: Shopify Plus → Magento 2.4.9 takes 6-10 weeks (we use Magento’s Data Migration Tool for products / orders / customers; custom scripts for Shopify metafields, sections, and app-specific data like Recharge subscriptions or Bold Memberships). Magento 1 → Magento 2.4.9 takes 8-14 weeks (M1 EOL was June 2020; we migrate catalog + orders + customers via DMT, then re-implement custom modules on M2 architecture). Custom PHP / WooCommerce → Magento 2.4.9 takes 4-10 weeks. Hosting: AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) is the default for NCR stores, ~50ms from Gurugram / Noida; alternatively Yotta D1 Noida for on-shore residency (see separate FAQ).
