Terms of Service

Engagement

By engaging Kishan Savaliya / Panth Infotech (the "Developer") for Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, or Hyvä development work (the "Services"), you agree to the terms below. A signed quote or paid invoice constitutes acceptance.

Scope & Deliverables

Scope, milestones, and pricing are defined in the written quote you receive. Out-of-scope work is billed at the prevailing hourly rate after written approval.

Payment

Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Hourly retainers: invoiced monthly in arrears, Net 7.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, all custom code written for you is yours. Pre-existing open-source modules remain MIT/OSL-licensed as published.

Warranty

14-day bug-fix warranty on production deployments covers regressions in delivered scope.

Limitation of Liability

Aggregate liability for any single engagement is capped at fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.

Confidentiality

NDAs are honoured. Mutual NDAs welcomed at engagement start.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
