Typical timelines:

• Express (2.4.7 / 2.4.8 → 2.4.9): 5 – 7 business days
• Standard (2.4.5 / 2.4.6 → 2.4.9): 10 – 14 business days
• Major (2.4.3 or older → 2.4.9): 3 – 5 weeks
• Magento 1 → 2.4.9: 6 – 12 weeks (full re-platform)

Add 2 – 3 days for staging review, regression QA, and the production go-live window.
