Delhi NCR straddles 3 states, how do you handle multi-state GST + eWaybill?

This is the defining NCR Magento problem and the biggest reason a merchant should hire an NCR-savvy developer (and not a Mumbai/Bengaluru one who’s never seen it). The National Capital Region spans three separate state-GST regimes: Delhi (UT), Haryana (Gurugram + Faridabad), and Uttar Pradesh (Noida + Ghaziabad + Greater Noida). A single Magento order can easily cross all three, e.g. warehoused in Gurugram (Haryana), customer in Delhi, fulfilment leg routed through a Noida (UP) hub. That means three separate state-eWaybill APIs at GSTN, three CGST/SGST/IGST split rules, three HSN-cap thresholds, and three different state-portal credentials. We wire all three natively in one Magento config: Delhi VAT/GSTN eWaybill, Haryana eWaybill (mandatory for > ₹50k intra-state, > ₹1L inter-state), and UP eWaybill (with the UP-specific Part-B vehicle-update flow). CGST/SGST applies intra-state, IGST inter-state, with the correct state-code per shipment leg. GSTR-1 / 3B / 2B reports export-ready per state-of-supply. Zero manual entries at GSTN.in. Same Magento store, same admin, one click ship-confirm = three valid eWaybills if the route crosses three states.
