Typical kickoff venues we've used: Santa Monica / Venice Beach (Silicon Beach, coffee at Blue Bottle Abbot Kinney, Intelligentsia Venice, or in WeWork Santa Monica, close to Snap HQ, Goop, Headspace, Hulu), Culver City (Sony, Apple, Amazon Studios, Beats, meet at Platform LA or Citizen Public Market), Beverly Hills / WeHo (luxury HQs prefer hotel lobbies like The Beverly Hilton or The London West Hollywood for discretion), DTLA Fashion District (B2B wholesale clients prefer their own showroom on Santee Alley / E. 8th St), Burbank / Glendale (Disney + WB + DreamWorks + NYX HQ + Adobe Glendale, meet at studio commissary or Americana mall), Pasadena (Adobe Pasadena + JPL, meet at One Colorado or Adobe Pasadena campus). For online kickoffs we use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom in any PST-friendly slot. India-team daily standup is fixed at 9 AM PST, right inside your LA morning.
