AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1): best for B2B / Adobe Commerce Cloud / large catalogues. Latency to Tier-1 cities < 10ms. Costlier (~₹15k-50k/mo for mid-size).
Hetzner Falkenstein: cheaper (~₹3-8k/mo), but Indian latency 80-120ms (acceptable for B2B / catalogue, slow for DTC). Good for staging / dev / non-customer-facing workloads.
Cloudways DigitalOcean Bangalore: managed PHP-stack, ~₹4-12k/mo, ideal for < 5k orders/mo.
Hyvä Cloud: pre-tuned for Magento + Hyvä, EU origin but Cloudflare CDN gives Indian latency < 50ms. ~₹15-30k/mo.
