I prefer fixed-price projects over hourly, you get a predictable number, I keep the velocity. But for hourly engagements:
- Standard hourly: $25/hr
- Retainer (10+ hrs/month): $22/hr
- Urgent / weekend / overnight: $45/hr
Fixed-price tiers: $499 audit, $4,999 standard migration, custom Enterprise quotes. NDA work is at the same rate, no “NDA tax”.
